电动城市客车车身骨架模态分析

【摘要】 与传统客车相比,纯电动客车车身骨架结构上存在很大差异,但目前大部分国产的纯电动客车车身是在传统客车车身改装而来,车身结构方面还存在很多有待改进的地方。引入模态分析方法对纯电动客车车身骨架进行分析,通过客车车身骨架结构的前六阶模态及振型图来判断该电动客车车身骨架的低阶模态频率是否合理,结论是较为合理。
【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional bus,pure electric bus body frame structure differ greatly,but at present most domestic pure electric bus body is in a traditional bus body modification,there are a lot of body structure remains to be improved. Introduced in this paper the modal analysis method to analyze pure electric bus body frame,through the bus body frame structure of the first six order modal and vibration mode diagram to determine the electric bus body frame of low-order modal frequency is reasonable,in this paper,the conclusion is more reasonable.
