PCB数控钻床工作台力学性能及可靠性分析
Mechanical Property Analysis and Reliability on Worktable of PCB NC Drilling Machine
【摘要】 随着印刷电路板(PCB)钻孔精度以及可靠性要求的提高,对工作台提出了更高的要求。利用有限元法对工作台进行了两个极限位置的静力学和动力学分析,通过分析,得到极限位置的力学性能值。并对工作台做了可靠性分析,分析影响工作台加工精度及可靠性的因素。由此,为提高PCB数控钻床的加工精度提供了理论依据,具有重要的实际意义。
【Abstract】 As the printed circuit board(PCB) drilling improvement of accuracy and reliability,puts forward higher requirements on the worktable of the PCB NC drilling machine. This paper using finite element method(fem) was to carried out on the worktable for two limit position of statics and dynamics analysis. Through the analysis,get the limit position of mechanical property values. Analysis and reliability is carried out the factors affecting machining precision and the reliability of the worktable. It provides the theoretical basis,and which have important practical significance to improve the machining precision of PCB NC drilling machine.
