超大直径泥水盾构机的纠偏轨迹设计
Design of the Large Diameter Slurry Tunnel Boring Machine’s Correcting Trajectory
【摘要】 为了得到设计出合理的盾构机纠偏轨迹,对使用三次曲线与双圆弧曲线作为盾构机纠偏轨迹的性能进行研究,包括快速性,最大偏距,最小转弯半径,算法复杂程度等指标;初步探讨了盾构机盾尾作圆周运动时可能引起的一些问题及产生原因,且研究了不同转弯半径对该问题的严重性产生的影响,得出双圆弧纠偏轨迹在各个方面均要优于三次曲线的结论。
【Abstract】 This paper researched the different performance of using the cubic curve and the circular arc as the tunnel boring machine’s correcting trajectory. The performance involved the rapidity,the maximum error,the minimum turning radius and the complexity of the algorithm. This paper discussed the possible problems and their causes when the machine was turning a corner,and discussed the influence of the turning radius. At last this paper came to the conclusion that the circular arc had an advantage over the cubic curve at all the performance.
