纳米流冷却液以射流方式对高温换热面冷却的实验研究
Experimental Study on Nano Flow Coolant Heat Transfer Surface Cooling of High Tmperature in Jet Mode
【摘要】 高温换热面是热负荷较高区域之一,提高换热面换热系数是解决高温换热面散热问题的关键。采用多金属纳米流冷却液作为冷却工质,研究利用射流技术提高高温换热面换热系数的方法。实验研究表明,在相同射流参数下,不同份额的多金属纳米流冷却液相比较传统的冷却液而言,均可有效提高传热效果,同份额占比的多金属纳米流冷却液在不同的射流角度和射流距离下,其传热性能也收到一定的影响。
【Abstract】 The high temperature heat transfer surface is one of the high heat load region,improve the heat transfer coefficient of heat transfer is the key to solve the problem of heat dissipation of high temperature heat transfer surface.This paper uses the multi metal nano cooling liquid as coolant,research on the methods for improving the heat transfer coefficient of heat transfer temperature using jet technology. The experimental study shows that,under the same jet parameters,cooling liquid multi metal nanoparticles with different share flow coolant compared to the traditional,can effectively improve the heat transfer effect,with the share of multi metal nano ratio flow cooling fluid in the jet angle different and jet distance,the heat transferperformance has also received a certain effect.
