聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯/凹凸棒土复合吸油材料的制备及吸油性能研究
Preparation and Oil-Absorption Performance of Poly(butyl methacrylatestyrene)/Attapulgite Composites
【摘要】 以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和苯乙烯(St)为单体,改性凹凸棒土(OATP)为无机添加物,采用悬浮聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯/凹凸棒土复合吸油材料(P(BMA-St)/OATP)。考察了改性凹土添加量、分散剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量、单体配比m(BMA):m(St)、交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)用量和引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量对复合吸油材料吸油倍率的影响,确定了实验条件范围内吸油倍率的最佳工艺参数。当单体质量比为7:5、OATP添加量、PVA用量、DVB用量与AIBN用量分别为单体总质量的3%、3%、0.5%与1%时,对模拟油甲苯的吸油倍率达到17.8 g?g-1。相同实验条件下,P(BMA-St)/OATP的吸油倍率、保油率与再生性能都优于纯树脂P(BMA-St)。
【Abstract】 P(BMA-St)/OATP as an oil-absorption composite was prepared via suspension polymerization using butyl methacrylate(BMA) and styrene(St) as two monomers and modified attapulgite(OATP) as an additive. The effects of dosages of attapulgite, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)(dispersant), divinylbenzene(DVB)(crosslinker) and azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)(initiator), and monomer mass ratio on composite oil absorbency were investigated, and an optimal condition was determined. When the monomer mass ratio is 7:5, and the amounts of OATP, PVA, DVB and AIBN over the total monomer mass are 3%, 3%, 0.5% and 1%, respectively, the toluene absorbency of the prepared composite can reach to 17.8 g?g-1. Properties such as oil absorbency, oil retention and regenerability of P(BMA-St)/OATP are all better than those of pure P(BMA-St) under same experimental conditions.
