紫外分光光度法测定饲料添加剂中烟酸铬含量

【摘要】 建立了用紫外分光光度法测定饲料中烟酸铬含量的方法。用盐酸将饲料中烟酸铬溶解成烟酸,在262nm波长处,通过测定烟酸含量,计算出烟酸铬含量。结果表明,本方法线性范围为1.25~10μg·m L-1,检出限为0.6μg·m L-1,加标回收率为99.8%~102.1%。该方法操作简便,测定范围宽,干扰因素少,精密度和准确度较高,适用于饲料中烟酸铬含量的测定。

【Abstract】 The chromium nicotinate in feed was dissolved into niacin by hydrochloric acid, at 262 nm wavelength, through the determination of nicotinic acid content, the chromium nicotinate content was calculated. The linear range was 1.25~10μg/m L, the detection limit was 0.6μg/m L, standard addition recovery was 99.8%~102.1%.
