高功率中红外MgO∶PPLN光参量振荡器
High Power Mid-infrared MgO∶PPLN Optical Parametric Oscillator
【摘要】 设计了一种高功率1.06μm激光泵浦单谐振中红外PPLN光参量振荡器并对其进行了研究,研究证明在MgO∶PPLN极化周期29.1μm,工作温度40℃时,采用工作频率10kHz、脉宽10ns、功率34W1.06μm激光进行泵浦,光参量振荡器输出3.81μm中红外波段激光,平均功率5.4 W,光光转换效率15.88%。研究结果可为设计和研究中红外激光光源提供参考。
【Abstract】 A high power mid-infrared PPLN single-resonant optical parametric oscillator(OPO)pumped by 1.06μm laser is proposed in the paper.The poling period of the PPLN is 29.1μm.If the OPO is pumped by a 1.06μm laser with the frequency,pulse width and power are 10 kHz,10ns and 34 W,respectively.The working temperature is 40℃.The output of the OPO will be a mid-infrared laser with a wavelength of 3.81μm.The average power and optical-to-optical conversion efficiency are up to 5.4Wand 15.88%,respectively.The results can be used in the design and investigation of mid-infrared laser.
