【摘要】 电力需求侧管理(DSM)涉及到政府、电网企业、能源公司、电力用户等多方利益和需求,又受到法律法规、经济体制、管理水平、技术水平等多种条件的制约,引入SWOT分析法对DSM进行全方位多角度分析,为DSM的发展规划提供决策参考。介绍了SWOT分析法及用其制定DSM发展规划的必要性和可行性,结合DSM的特点,对其优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了SWOT分析,并确定DSM的发展规划。分析结果为DSM的有序发展指明了方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Power demand side management(DSM)is involved in multiple interests and requirements including government,power grid enterprise,energy company and electric power customers and so on,and is restricted by many conditions including laws and regulations,economic system,management level,technical level and so on. SWOT method is used to analyze the DSM from all aspects and multiple perspectives,which provide decision reference to the development plan of DSM. The SWOT method and the necessity and feasibility of making DSM development plan by it are introduced. Based on characteristics of DSM,its advantages,disadvantages,Opportunities and threats are analyzed by SWOT method,and the DSM development plan is determined. Analysis results pointed out the direction for the orderly development of DSM.更多还原
