【摘要】 目的探讨一种方便、准确测定游泳池水中尿素的方法。方法用连续流动注射分析方法测定游泳池水中尿素。结果方法线性范围0.10~4.0 mg/L,相关系数r值0.9997,相对标准偏差为0.51%~2.9%,最低方法检出限为0.021 mg/L,回收率90.0%~110.0%。结论使用流动注射仪测定游泳池水中的尿素,简便、快捷、稳定、准确、灵敏度高,符合尿素的检测要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a quick and accurate method for the determination of urea in swimming pool water,urea was detected by CFI. Method Using a continuous flow injector,urea was detected by CFI.Results The linear range was 0. 10 ~ 4. 0 mg / L; the correlation coefficient was 0. 9997; the relative standard deviation was 0. 51% ~ 2. 9%; the detection limit was 0. 021 mg / L; the recovery rate of standard addition was90. 0% ~ 110. 0%.
