【摘要】 目的研究围术期优质护理配合心理护理干预措施在脑出血患者中的作用。方法选择2011年1月~2014年1月80例行手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用优质护理配合心理护理干预措施,对照组行常规的围术期护理干预措施。比较两组患者在接受了护理治疗后各方面质量评分以及相关并发症的发生率,家属满意率,患者的术后住院时间、引流量以及手术时间。结果两组患者住院时间、手术时间以及引流量等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总满意率为90.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在健康宣传上的优良率为62.50%,在基础护理上的优良率是77.50%;对照组在健康宣传上的优良率为45.00%,在基础护理上的优良率是60.00%,两组组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理配合心理护理干预措施能够有效提高脑出血患者的护理质量以及效果,使患者术后的恢复状况更加平稳,是种非常重要的护理方式,值得临床上加以应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of high quality nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention in perioperative patients with hematencephalon. Methods 80 hematencephalon cases with operative treatment from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2014 were recruited,and were randomly divided into two groups,each group had40 cases. The observation group patients were given high quality nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention measures. The control group patients were given conventional perioperative nursing invention measures. The quality scores,related complications incidence,family satisfaction,postoperation hospitalization duration,drainage volume and operation time in two groups were compared. Results The hospitalization duration,operative time and drainage volume in two groups were no significant differences( P>0. 05). The total satisfaction of observation group was 90. 00%,while the control group was 80. 00%,which had significant differences( P <0. 05). The excellent and good rate of observation group in health promotion was 62. 5%,in basic nursing was 77. 50%; while the control group was 77. 50% and 60. 00%,which had significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The perioperatvie high quality nursing combined with psychological nursing measures could improve the nursing quality and efficacy on hematencephalon patients,make the postoperative recovery of patients more stable,which was an important nursing model and was worth of clinical application promotion.更多还原
