【摘要】 目的对急性白血病化疗患者的抑郁情况及其影响因素进行调查分析,从而为其的临床干预治疗措施提供相应依据。方法采用抑郁自评量表对我院2013年2月~2014年3月收治的90例接受化疗的急性白血病患者的精神状况分别进行化疗前后的调查分析,并把同期的90名健康体检者作为对照组,了解急性白血病化疗患者的抑郁状况并归纳分析其影响因素。结果急性白血病患者化疗前后出现的抑郁状况均高于健康人群,P<0.05,而通过化疗后出现的抑郁状况又明显低于化疗前,P<0.05。结论急性白血病患者中普遍存在抑郁状况并受多种因素影响,因此,临床医生在治疗急性白血病患者的过程中应当注意不同患者的精神状况,辅助有效的心理干预等综合措施来改善患者的抑郁状况,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Depression in patients with acute leukemia with chemotherapy and its influencing factors survey analysis to clinical intervention measures to provide for the appropriate basis. Methods Survey of Self- Rating Depression Scale mental condition in our hospital in February 2013 ~ 2014 March 90 treated patients receiving chemotherapy for acute leukemia patients before and after chemotherapy,respectively,and the corresponding period of 90 healthy subjects as a control group,to understand depression in acute leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy and inductive analysis of influencing factors. Results The patients with acute leukemia before chemotherapy group compared with the chemotherapy group SDS score > 50 and SDS scores of persons and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05),in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia before chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group and the control group were SDS compare scores > were significant differences( P < 0. 05) 50 and those with scores of SDS. Conclusion Patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy before and after the depression status were higher than the healthy population,and the emergence of depression status by chemotherapy were significantly lower than before chemotherapy. So widespread depression in patients with acute leukemia and is affected by many factors,therefore,clinicians in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia should be noted that different mental condition of the patient,assist effective and comprehensive measures of psychological intervention to improve depression in patients improve quality of life.更多还原
