【摘要】 目的了解老年人疾病恢复期长期住院的真实原因,探索促进病人及家属心身健康的相关因素及病人居家护理需求。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,从人文关怀的视角,采用半结构式个人深度访谈法收集45位病人的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,得出7个主题:1、子女工作任务繁重无暇顾及老人、老人孤独无人陪伴;2、家属缺乏看护技能、家属及陪护被病人的居家护理问题困扰;3、无人指导病人康复训练、居家康复无法继续进行;4、养老机构入住困难,老人家庭经济负担过重;5、子女或老人居住房屋狭小,无法安排居住;6、病人饮食问题无法落实;7、就诊不方便。结论在研究和关注老年病人的住院治疗护理、康复问题时,应注重病人出院时的去路问题、居家休养时病人及家属所承受的心理负担、后续的康复困难等问题。呼吁社会及政府提供行之有效的干预手段来帮助他们。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the actual causes for long-term hospitalization of the elderly patients during the recovery phase of diseases and to explore related factors of physical and mental health of patients and their family members as well as the home care needs of patients. Methods Phenomenological method in qualitative research was adopted from the perspective of humanistic care. The material of 45 patients were collected through semi-structured individual in-depth interview and analyzed with phenomenological analysis. Results 7 topics were engendered after reading, analysis, reflection, classification and refinement: 1. the workload of the children is too heavy for them to take care of the elderly, thus the elderly are lonely; 2. family members and care-givers are troubled by issues related to home care of patients due to lack of care skills; 3. home rehabilitation cannot be carried out due to lack of home rehabilitation guidance; 4. they have difficulty in getting admitted to nursing home, and the economic burden is too heavy; 5. since the elderly or their children are living in small house, the living arrangement could be quite difficult; 6. it’s hard to accommodate the diet for patients; 7. it’s inconvenient to access medical treatment. Conclusion While researching and following the treatment, nursing and recovery issues during elderly patients’ hospital stay, attention should be paid to the issues facing the patients after discharged, such as psychological burden of patients and their family members and the difficulties in subsequent rehabilitation.The community and the government should provide effective intervention measures to help them.更多还原
