【摘要】 目的总结分析医院门诊药房科学化管理的有效措施及应用效果。方法选择2012年1月至2012年12月期间医院门诊药房实施科学化管理后的药品管理及发放情况以及2011年1月至2011年12月期间门诊药房未实施科学管理前的药品管理与发放情况进行对比研究,分别选取实施前后1年时间内各200例患者为调查对象,统计患者的满意度。结果科学化管理措施实施后,门诊药房药品发放错误发生率0.06%、库存药品盘点所需时间(1.5±0.3)天、患者取药等候时间(23.6±1.5)分钟,明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,实施后的患者满意度95.4%明显高于实施前92.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学化管理门诊药房后,药物发放效率明显提高,账实相符,药物发放错误率明显降低,患者满意度明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effective measures of scientific management in outpatient pharmacy and its application effect. Methods After the implementation of scientific management in outpatient pharmacy, the status of drug management and distribution from January to December 2012 were compared with the status from January to December 2011 before the implementation of scientific management. We chose 200 patients who received treatment in a year period before and after the implementation respectively to be the object of the study. Patient satisfaction was analyzed statistically. Results After the implementation of scientific management, the incidence of incorrect drug distribution(0.06%), the consuming time of drug stock inventory(1.5±0.3d) and the waiting time of dispensary(23.6±1.5min) were significantly less than that before and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Meanwhile, after the implementation of scientific management, patient satisfaction reached 95.4% which was significantly higher than the rate of 92.9% before and there were significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of scientific management in outpatient pharmacy, the effectiveness of drug distribution improves significantly and the account is consistent with inventory. The incidence of incorrect drug distribution reduces significantly and patient satisfaction improves significantly.更多还原
