【摘要】 目的探讨血清中磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3(GPC3)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)2种肿瘤标志物在甲胎蛋白(AFP)阴性原发性肝癌(PHC)中的诊断价值及联合检测的意义。方法 PHC组90例,肝硬化组30例,良性肝病组30例,对照组健康体检者30例,检测血清中AFP、GPC3、TGF-β1的浓度,并进行比较。结果 PHC组患者血清AFP、GPC3、TGF-β1水平及阳性率均明显高于肝硬化组、良性肝病组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AFP阴性PHC患者血清AFP、GPC3、TGF-β1水平与AFP阳性PHC患者比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AFP阴性PHC患者血清GPC3、TGF-β1水平及阳性率均明显高于肝硬化组、良性肝病组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GPC3与TGF-β1联合检测对AFP阴性PHC诊断的灵敏度及准确度明显高于单独检测。结论 GPC3与TGF-β1联合检测对PHC的诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore diagnosis value of the joint test of serumcan-3(GPC3)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)negative primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)patients.Methods A total of 90 PHC patients in PHC group,30 patients in liver cirrhosis group,30 patients in benign liver disease group,30 people accepted physical examination in control group.The serum AFP,GPC3 and TGF-β1in all the objects were detected and analyzed.Results The levels and positive rates of serum AFP,GPC3 and TGF-β1in PHC group were significant higher than those of liver cirrhosis group,benign liver disease group and control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum GPC3 and TGF-β1in AFP negative PHC patients had no statistical significant with the AFP positive PHC patients(P>0.05).The levels and positive rates of serum GPC3 and TGF-β1in AFP negative PHC patients were significant higher than those of benign liver disease group and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and diagnosis accuracy of the united detection of GPC3 and TGF-β1were higher than single detection.Conclusion United detection of the serum GPC3 and TGF-β1has important value to the diagnosis of AFP negative PHC.更多还原
