【摘要】 目的对ELISA法检测乙肝五项结果中的HBsAg弱阳性结果及乙型肝炎HBsAg和HBsAb同时阳性的结果进行分析。方法从35 280例乙肝五项ELISA法检测结果中筛出HBsAg弱阳性115例,HBsAg和HBsAb双阳性结果95例,对筛出的210例标本再进行电化学发光(ECLIA)定量检测。结果 115例HBsAg弱阳性结果用ECLIA检测,结果一致为90例。符合率为78.3%。HBsAg和HBsAb双阳性结果95例用ECLIA检测,结果一致为11例。符合率为11.6%。结论 ELISA法检测乙肝五项对HBsAg弱阳性及HBsAg和HBsAb双阳性结果要慎重。HBsAg弱阳性结果中以HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性和HBsAg、HBcAb阳性标本占大多数。HBsAg和HBsAb同时阳性的结果可靠性差,要慎重发出报告。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of HBsAg weakly positive and both HBsAg and HBsAb simultaneously positive in5 items of hepatitis B detected by ELISA.Methods 115 cases of HBsAg weakly positive and 95 cases of both HBsAg and HBsAb simultaneously positive were screened out from 35 280 cases of 5items detection results of hepatitis B.210 screened samples were performed the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)quantitation.Results 115 cases of HBsAg weakly positive were redetected by using ECLIA,90 cases had the consistent results with the coincidence rate of 78.3%.After ECLIA re-detection in 95 cases of HBsAg and HBsAb double positive results,11 cases had the consistent results with the coincidence rate of 11.6%.Conclusion The results of HBsAg weakly positive and both HBsAg and HBsAb double positive in 5items of hepatitis B detected by ELISA must be cautious.In the detection results of HBsAg weakly positive,the majority are the samples of HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positive and HBsAg and HBcAb positive.The results of HBsAg and HBsAb simultaneously positive have poor reliability,which should be careful to issue the detection reports.更多还原
