【摘要】 目的研究单纯性精液低pH值不育患者对症治疗前后精液pH值和精液常规参数的变化。方法共选取100例男性不育患者,按照pH值范围分为两组:患者组Ⅰ(n=40)和患者组Ⅱ(n=60);两组患者针对精液低pH值进行治疗,第一、二疗程完成后各复查一次精液pH值和常规参数并分别与治疗前及对照组进行比较。结果一个疗程后复查:患者组Ⅰ精液pH值达到正常范围占75%(30/40),与对照组各项精液常规参数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组Ⅱ精液pH值达到正常范围的占85%(51/60),各项精液常规参数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两个疗程后复查:患者组Ⅰ精液pH值达到正常范围的占80%(32/40),精液常规参数及精液pH值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者组Ⅱ精液pH值达到正常范围的占90%(54/60),精液常规参数及精液pH值与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单纯低pH值患者对症治疗后精液质量提高,针对精液低pH值进行的治疗和调理是该类患者的有效治疗途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of regular semen parameters in infertile patients with simple low-pH semen before and after symptomatic treatment.Methods A total of 100 male infertility patients were recruited in the study,and were divided into two groups according to the pH range:patients groupⅠ(n=40)and patients groupⅡ(n=60);The two patients groups were teated for low pH semen.When the first and second course of treatment were finished,semen pH values and conventional semen parameters were tested and compared with those before treatment and control group.Results When the first course of treatment were finished,semen pH value of 75%(30/40)patients in group Ⅰ reached normal range,compared with the control group,the semen parameters were statistically different(P<0.05);Semen pH value of 85%(51/60)patients in groupⅡ reached normal range,compared with the control group,the semen parameters were all statistically different(P<0.05).When the second course of treatment were finished:semen pH value of 80%(32/40)patients in groupⅠ reached normal range,compared with control group,the semen parameters and pH values were not statistically different(P>0.05);Semen pH value of 90%(54/60)patients in groupⅡ reached normal range,compared with the control group,the semen parameters and pH values were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion The semen quality improved after the symptomatic treatment for low semen pH value and its an effective therapeutic approach for infertile patients with simple low-pH semen.更多还原
