超声波对铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的影响
Influence of Ultrasonic on Micro-arc Oxidation Ceramic Layer of Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 文章采用铝合金作为基体材料,利用自制的WH-1A型微弧氧化设备进行表面处理。针对微弧氧化中后期陶瓷层质量差、生长速率低等问题,引入了超声波。结果表明:超声波的加入可提高陶瓷层的生长速率并促进中后期陶瓷的继续生长;使陶瓷层与基体结合处到表面的硬度变大,并且有利于α-Al2O3的生成,提高陶瓷质量;超声波震荡作用使表面更加光滑平整。
【Abstract】 In this article,surface treatment of aluminum alloy as the matrix material is conducted by homemade WH-1A type of micro-arc oxidation equipment. Ultrasonic ware is introduced to solve the poor quality of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer and low growth rate in the middle and later periods. Results show that the addition of ultrasonic wave can improve the growth rate of the ceramic layer and promote it continue growing in the middle and later periods. Uitrasonic wave make hardness from juncture of the ceramic layer with substrate to surface increase,and is advantageous to generate α-Al2O3,and improve the quality of ceramic. Ultrasonic oscillations make the surface more smooth and flat.
