内热式真空电阻炉的节能设计
Energy-saving Design for Internal Heating Vacuum Resistance
【摘要】 本文通过对内热式真空电阻炉工作过程中各个环节的必要能耗和其它能耗进行分析,从中找出可以节约下来的部分多余能耗。从真空系统配置、加热室结构、冷却系统配置等方面,提出相应的节能设计的参考措施。设计工作中,通过对各种节能措施的合理应用,其效果累加后,将会大幅提升设备整体的能效。
【Abstract】 In this paper,through analyzing the necessary and other energy consumption of internal heating vacuum resistance furnace during its process,it is found out that the part of the excess energy consumption can be saved.We put forward the corresponding measures of energy saving design from the configuration of vacuum system,the structure of heating chamber,the configuration of cooling system,etc..In vacuum furnace design,the overall energy efficiency will greatly be improved by the reasonable application of various energy saving measures and their effect of accumulation.
