【摘要】 虽然老年与青年患者发生头晕的病因存在显著差异,但大部分头晕指南未考虑年龄对头晕病因的影响而制定了以诊断为目标的统一流程。这种指南在实际临床工作中对于老年头晕患者的诊断存在一定缺陷。目前针对老年头晕患者的特点已经分别出现以诊断和预后为目标的新的指南,这样即使头晕病因并未明确,老年头晕患者也可从中受益,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the etiology of dizziness in the older patients differs significantly from that in the younger patients the same diagnosis- oriented approach in most guidelines on dizziness is advocated for all of the patients.However this diagnosis- oriented approach may be insufficient for the old patients with dizziness in general practice.There is a simultaneous diagnosis and prognosis- oriented approach for the elderly patients with dizziness now.This approach may improve their care for the impaired old patients and the quality of their life.更多还原
