动脉自旋标记MRI技术在肾脏疾病中的研究进展
The research progress of ASL MRI in kidney diseases
【摘要】 动脉自旋标记(ASL)MRI是将动脉血质子作为内源性示踪剂,无创性地观测血流灌注情况的MR检查技术,可以提供相应血流动力学信息,为临床治疗和科研提供一种新方法。目前肾脏ASL MRI的临床研究不断增多,主要见于肾动脉狭窄、急性肾损伤、肾脏实质性肿块以及移植肾等的研究。就肾脏ASL MRI的基本原理及其在肾脏疾病诊断中的研究进展予以综述。
【Abstract】 Arterial spin labeling(ASL) MRI is capable of noninvasively measuring blood flow by tagging the protons in arterial blood. It can provide hemodynamic information, and has been applied in clinical treatment and research. The clinical studies of renal ASL MRI are continuously increasing, most of them focus on the renal artery stenosis, the acute kidney injury, solid renal masses and the transplanted renal. This review summarized the basic principle of kidney ASL MRI and the study progress in the diagnosis of kidney diseases.
