粘土对聚羧酸减水剂性能影响的研究

【摘要】 因为混凝土粗细骨料中粘土对聚羧酸系减水剂减水效果影响显著,该文研究了不同粘土含量对掺加聚羧酸减水剂的砂浆流动度,3d、28d抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,当粘土含量为3%、6%及9%时,砂浆初始流动度分别比不掺粘土砂浆降低了20%、40%和52%,3d龄期时的抗压强度分别降了10.7%、17%和19.7%,28d龄期时的抗折强度分别降低了8%、14.6%和27%,试验结果说明了粘土的存在会降低聚羧酸减水剂的减水效果以及制备的砂浆抗压和抗折强度。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the impact of different clay content on the flowability of mortar with poly carboxylate acid.Compressive and flexural strength of the mortar in 3dand 28 dare also researched.The results show that,compared with the mortar without clay,when the clay content of mortar is 3%,6% and 9%,the initial fluidity decrease for20%,40% and 52%,compression strength of 3ddecrease for 10.7%,17% and 19.7%,flexural strength of 28 ddecrease for 8%,14.6% and 27% respectively.The exist of the clay decreased the work of poly carboxylate acid and the compressive and flexural strength of the mortar.
