舒肝解郁胶囊对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清脑源性神经营养因子和5-羟色胺水平的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的影响。方法 80例PSD随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。两组患者均给予临床常规治疗和康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊,一日2次、每次2粒(每粒0.36 g),口服治疗6周。比较治疗前及治疗第4和第6周汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,监测血清BDNF和5-HT水平,以评价舒肝解郁胶囊的作用。结果治疗组治疗第4和第6周HAMD评分较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组第4和第6周5-HT水平较治疗前显著升高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组第6周BDNF水平升高显著,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊可提高PSD患者血清5-HT和BDNF水平,有助于改善患者的抑郁状态。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and 5-HT levels with post stroke depression(PSD) patients. Methods A total of 80 PSD patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases each. Both two group patients were given routine clinical treatment and rehabilitation treatment. In addition, treatment group patients were administrated with Shugan Jieyu capsules 0.36 g/pill × 2, bid. At prior treatment, the fourth and sixth week treatment, the patients’ Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), monitored blood serum BDNF and 5-HT levels were scored. Results After 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, the HAMD score of treatment group was decreased signifi cantly, which was lower than that of control group(P<0.05); the 5-HT level of treatment group was increased signifi cantly, which was higher than that of control group(P<0.05); the BDNF level of treatment group was signifi cantly increased at the sixth week, which was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsules can increase serum 5-HT and BDNF levels in PSD patients, which is benefi cial to improve depressive state.
