【Abstract】 Subcutaneous effusion and skin flap necrosis are two serious complications after the operation of breast cancer. Based on the conventional scheme, like negative pressure method for the subcutaneous effusion prevention of breast cancer, the additional drug therapy has achieved a good effect. This review describes the drug therapy including sclerosants, somatostatin analogues, improving blood circulation drugs, biological response modifiers and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer operation.更多还原
