【摘要】 目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合十一酸睾酮治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法选取本院泌尿外科门诊就诊ED患者112例,按IIEF-5评分为轻、中和重三个层次的患者随机再分为治疗组(轻度19例,中度22例,重度15例)和对照组(轻度18例,中度23例,重度15例)。治疗组和对照组各56例,分别接受复方玄驹胶囊联合十一酸睾酮和十一酸睾酮单药治疗,以IIEF-5评分评价治疗6周两组的疗效及其组间差异。结果治疗6周后的IIEF-5评分结果显示,患者评分均显著提升,且治疗组轻度和中度患者IIEF-5评分相比对应对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05),但重度患者组间差异无统计学意义。治疗组总体疗效明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合十一酸睾酮治疗男性ED疗效好于十一酸睾酮单药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fufangxuanju capsule plus testosterone undecanoate in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction. Methods Total 112 cases of ED patients were selected and divided randomly into treatment group and control group as 56 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Fufangxuanju capsule plus testosterone undecano ate for 6 weeks, and the control group was given testosterone undecanoate alone for 6 weeks. IIEF score table was used to determine the therapeutic effect. Results After 6 weeks, the IIEF scores in both groups were higher than before. The increase of IIEF scores in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group among patients with mild to moderate ED(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in severe ED patients. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fufangxuanju capsule plus testosterone undecanoate has better therapeutic effect in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction compared with using testosterone undecanoate alone.更多还原
