传感器智能采集传输控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 文中介绍了一种传感器智能采集传输控制系统的设计。该设计由基于CC2530芯片的Zig Bee无线组网传输的智能变送器模块、基于STM32F103ZET6嵌入式微控制器为核心的串口设备联网模块和上位机软件组成。根据IEEE1451标准中电子数据表格(TEDS)的研究而设计的智能变送器模块,能够自动识别传感器终端结点采集到的信号(电阻、电压、频率、开关量等)。该系统支持气象要素传感器的热插拔、即插即用和自动识别等功能,具有串口联网的功能,并能够通过光纤传输对传感器设备进行远距离的控制,实现数据长距离可靠传输。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the design of an intelligent system for sensing,the transmission and the control of the accquisition of the data..This system consists of the Zigbee wireless network transmission module based on CC2530 chip,the serial port transmission module based on STM32F103ZET6 and the client on PC.According to the IEEE1451 standard spreadsheet(TEDS),the design of the intelligent transmission module is able to automatically identify the data acquired from the sensors(eg: resistance,voltage,frequency,switch,etc.).The system supports meteorological sensor hot plugging,plug and play,automatic identification and so on.It is also capable of connecting to the Ethernet through the serial ports.And the instructions for controlling the sensor can be sent and the data can be transmitted in a long distance all through the fiber.
