基于ADS的取样鉴相器分析
Analysis of the sampling phase detector based on ADS
【摘要】 介绍了取样锁相环的基本原理和常见实现方式,基于ADS软件对取样鉴相器的理想电路模型和常见取样鉴相器的实际电路模型进行了仿真,实测的取样脉冲显示该电路模型可以较为准确地仿真取样鉴相器的工作特性,根据仿真结果分析了取样鉴相器匹配电路及取样脉冲对称性对取样锁相环性能和稳定性的影响,给出了优化取样锁相环设计的方法。
【Abstract】 The basic principle and the common implementations of the Sampling Phase Locked Loop are introduced. The ideal model and the actual model of the sampling phase detector are modeled based on ADS. Practical test of the sampling pulse shows that the actual model of the sampling phase detector can well simulate the operating characteristic of the sampling phase detector. The impact on the performance and the stability of the Sampling Phase Locked Phase of the match circuit and the symmetry of the sampling pulse is analyzed, and the ways to optimize the design are presented.
