基于TMP275的电机温度监控系统研究

【摘要】 文中基于TMP275温度传感芯片,研究设计了电机温度实时监测系统。以MSP430为核心处理器,通过红外无线发射模块,实现对电机设备温度实时在线监测。实验测试结果表明,在10℃至60℃时,系统测量精度可达+0.5℃,相对误差小于5.0%,响应时间小于0.5 s,该系统具有测量精度高,误差小,响应速度快,运行可靠等特点,可广泛应用于高精度仪器仪表控制系统中。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the TMP275 temperature sensor designed by the motor temperature measurement and control.The system takes MSP430 microcontroller as the core, and the infrared wireless data transmission as the means, to realize real-time online monitoring of electric equipment temperature. What is more, through the measurement and analysis of experimental data show that at 10 ℃ to 60 ℃, the precision of the system up to +0.5 ℃, the relative error is less than 5.0% and the response time of less than 0.5s.We can believe that the system has high accuracy, small error, fast response, reliable operation and could be widely applied to the machine or control system of relatively high demand for spectral responsibility.
