基于超效率DEA和Malmquist法的中国建筑业生产效率分析
Production evaluation of China’s construction industry on the basis of the super-efficient DEA model and Malmquist index
【摘要】 针对传统DEA模型不能对有效决策单元作进一步评价的不足,运用超效率DEA和Malmquist指数法对中国2007~2011年间建筑业的生产效率进行评价分析.研究结果表明:2007~2011年间,中国建筑业生产效率总体呈现出稳步上升的趋势,仅在2011年由于房地产投资降温出现些许下滑,同时,建筑业规模在不断扩大,但总体上规模效率却出现了下降;从横向上看,中国建筑业生产效率存在显著的地区差异,东部地区的综合效率要明显高于中部和西部地区.因此,建议政府加大技术创新的投入;鼓励建筑企业做大做强,创立自身品牌,避免盲目的规模扩张;重点扶持西部建筑企业,加大东西部区域合作.
【Abstract】 The CCR DEA model only divides the DMU into efficient or inefficient. However,the super-efficient DEA which is improved from the CCR DEA mode was applied to evaluating the productivity of construction industry during the period of 2007 ~ 2011. The results show that,China’s construction industry production efficiency generally presents a steadily rising trend from 2007 to 2011,only in 2011 due to a slight decline in Real estate investment cooling; at the same time,while construction enterprise expanded the scale,the efficiency generally was declined. As a whole,there are significant regional differences in China’s construction industry production efficiency,and the comprehensive efficiency of the eastern region is obviously higher than the central and western areas. Therefore,this paper suggests that the government should increase investment in technology innovation; Secondly,the government should encourage construction companies to become bigger,stronger and own their brand,meanwhile,to control the scale of construction enterprise appropriately,in order to avoid the too fast scale expansion; Finally,the government should give the western construction enterprise key support,and increase the eastern and western regional cooperation.
