红土镍矿电炉熔炼熔剂配比的研究

【摘要】 为了获得最佳提取镍铁所需熔剂石灰石的比例,开展了红土镍矿电炉熔炼工艺试验。试验得出,在其他参数(煤粉配加量、温度和保温时间)不变的情况下,提取镍的最佳熔剂配比为10%,提取铁的最佳配比为11%。通过研究9%和12%石灰石配比炉渣的微观结构,进一步讨论了熔剂配比对提取金属镍铁的影响。

【Abstract】 The process experiment of electric furnace smelting was conducted to get the best flux(limestone)proportioning for extracting ferronickel from laterite nickel ore.It was showed that in the case of other parameters unchanged such as pulverized coal ratio,temperature and holding time,the best flux proportioning was 10 % for the extraction of Ni,and 11 % for the extraction of Fe.The effect of the proportioning on the extraction of ferronickel was further discussed by studying the slag microstructures of9 % and 12 %limestone ratios.
