基于光纤合束器的泵浦方案设计
Pump method design based on the fiber combiner
【摘要】 报道了两种基于光纤合束器的高功率光纤激光器泵浦方案设计。实验研究了(6+1)×1光纤合束器泵浦耦合方案与(6+1)×1、7×1光纤合束器级联泵浦耦合方案,利用后者实现了806W泵浦功率输出,耦合效率达到90.6%。
【Abstract】 Two pump method designs of the high power fiber laser with the fiber combiner are reported. The pump method based on the(6+1)×1 fiber combiner,(6+1)×1 fiber combiner and 7×1 fiber combiner cascaded pump method is studied respectively. With the latter, 806 W power is outputted. The coupling efficiency is 90.6% and the max backward power is 37 m W. It is founded that the(6+1)×1 fiber combiner and 7×1fiber combiner cascaded pump method has high coupling efficiency, low backward power and meet the 500 W fiber laser design requirement.
