【摘要】 目的:对临床科室护理质量进行综合评价,为提高护理质量,加强护理管理提供科学决策依据。方法:选取能较全面反映临床护理质量的指标作为评价指标,采用综合指数法将其量化、合成,得到各护理单元综合评价数值。结果:各护理单元质量综合评价排序依次为:内一科(10.0469)、内二科(9.7841)、内三科(9.5513)、外二科(9.3703)、外一科(9.0025)。结论:综合指数法避免了人为等主观因素的干扰,结论直观,应用方便,说服力强,有利于激发公平竞争意识,促进护理质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide the evidence of making scientific strategies for enhancing nursing management and improving nursing quality by evaluating quality of the nursing in clinical departments comprehensively.Methods:The indexes reflecting the quality of clinical care completely were chosen,they were quantized and synthesized by comprehensive indexes method to obtain comprehensive assessment values of different nursing units.Results:Comprehensive assessment of nursing unit quality were in order:the first department of internal medicine(10.0469),the second department of internal medicine(9.7841),the third department of internal medicine(9.5513),the second surgical department(9.3703) and the first surgical department(9.0025).Conclusion:Comprehensive index method could avoid the interference of artificial subjective factors,with intuitive conclusion,convenient application,strong persuasion,which is beneficial to stimulate fair competition consciousness and promote nursing quality improvement.更多还原
