【摘要】 目的:探讨血液透析并发肌肉痉挛的中西医结合护理对策及效果。方法:将136例血液透析并发肌肉痉挛患者随机分为对照组及观察组各68例,2组在对症治疗基础上给予不同护理策略,对照组给予西医常规护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,对比2组开始护理干预后3个月内血液透析期间肌肉痉挛发作情况、营养状态及护理满意度。结果:观察组3个月内每个月痉挛发作率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组第3个月痉挛发作率略低于第1个月痉挛发作率(P>0.05),观察组第3个月痉挛发作率明显低于第1个月痉挛发作率(P<0.05)。对照组护理3个月后ALB、PA血清水平及SGA评分较护理前无明显差异(P>0.05),SF血清水平较护理前明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组护理3个月后ALB、PA、SF血清水平及SGA评分均较护理前明显升高(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组ALB、PA、SF血清水平及SGA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我感受、心理状态、服务评价、家庭支持等护理满意度问卷评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理可有效预防血液透析过程中肌肉痉挛发生,改善患者营养状态,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore nursing countermeasures of integrative medicine and its effects for the patients suffering from hemodialysis combined with muscular spasm. Methods: All 136 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. Both groups were given different nursing strategies on the foundation of corresponding therapy, the control group received routine treatment of western medicine and the observation group nursing of integrative medicine, to compare muscular spasm during the period of hemodialysis, nutritional state and nursing satisfactory degrees between both groups in three months after nursing intervention. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group obviously in spasm incidence each month within three months(P<0.05), spasm incidence in the third month was lower than that in the first month in the control group(P>0.05), spasm incidence in the third month was notably lower than that in the first month in the observation group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of ALB and PA, and SGA scores when these indexes in three months after nursing were compared with before nursing(P>0.05), the levels of SF in the serum was lower compared with before nursing(P<0.05). The levels of ALB, PA and SF in the serum and SGA scores in the observation group were higher than these of the control group in three months after nursing(P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group notably in nursing satisfactory degrees such as self-consciousness, psychological state, service assessment, family support and other(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing of integrative medicine could effectively prevent the incidence of muscular spasm during the period of muscular spasm, improve nutritional states of the patients and increase nursing satisfactory degrees.更多还原
