【摘要】 目的:观察补骨脂素和鱼腥草素钠体外抗阴道毛滴虫的作用。方法:用MTT法测定补骨脂素和鱼腥草素钠在体外对阴道毛滴虫的杀灭作用,并比较2种药物在不同浓度及不同作用时间的抗阴道毛滴虫效果。结果:随着补骨脂素和鱼腥草素钠药物浓度的增加和药物作用时间的延长,阴道毛滴虫死亡率均增高(P<0.05),甲硝唑与鱼腥草素钠在浓度为1 mg/m L时其抗阴道毛滴虫的作用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:补骨脂素、鱼腥草素钠在体外均有抗阴道毛滴虫的作用,且随着药物浓度的增加和药物作用时间的延长,其抗阴道毛滴虫的作用越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the disinfection of psoralen and sodium houttuyfonate to trichomonas vaginalis in vitro. Methods: The disinfection of psoralen and sodium houttuyfonate to trichomonas vaginalis in vitro were determined by MTT assay, the effects of two kinds of medicine were compared in different concentrations and times. Results: As the concentrations of psoralen and sodium houttuyfonate increased and the action time prolonged,death rate of trichomonas vaginalis raised(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the disinfection to trichomonas vaginalis when the concentrations of psoralen and sodium houttuyfonate were 1mg/m L(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both psoralen and sodium houttuyfonate show sterilization to trichomonas vaginalis in vitro, as the concentrations of the medicine increase and action time prolong, the disinfection of both is stronger.更多还原
