【摘要】 目的:以子午流注理论为依据,观察时间护理模式在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的临床效果。方法:将脑卒中偏瘫患者65例按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组32例在常规护理的前提下给予服药、康复训练及心理护理等干预方式,观察组33例在对照组护理的基础上予中医时间护理模式。结果:经过4周的护理,观察组患者的偏瘫肢体功能恢复效果显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:时间护理模式能提高缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活能力,为缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗提供一种全新的护理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of time nursing mode in the recovery of hemiplegia patients with ischemic cerebrovascular accident(CUA)on the foundation of Zi Wu Liu Zhu theory. Methods: All 65 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to visiting order, 32 cases of the control group received the intervention measures including taking the medicine, rehabilitation training, psychological nursing, while 33 cases of the observation group were administered with TCM time nursing mode. Results: After nursing for four weeks, the effects of hemiplegic limbs recovery in the observation group were notable, the difference had statistical meaning compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Time nursing mode could improve daily living ability of hemiplegia patients with ischemic CUA, and it is a new mode for hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke.更多还原
