【摘要】 目的:观察解毒消瘀膏联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将门诊就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例随机分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,研究组采用解毒消瘀膏膝关节外敷配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,2组治疗4周为1个疗程,采用WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分评价疗效。结果:研究组总有效率为83.33%,疗效明显优于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。结论:解毒消瘀膏外敷配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节炎疗效优于单纯采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Jie Du Xiao Yu ointment combined with sodiumhyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: All 60 patients were randomized into the research and control groups with 30 cases in each, sodium hyaluronate was injected to patients of control group in articular cavity while the combination of Jie Du Xiao Yu ointment with sodium hyaluronate were administered to the cases of research group; one course of treatment is 4 weeks in both groups and the therapeutic effects presented from osteoarthritis indexes were assessed by WOMAC. Results: The total effective rate in research group was 83.33% significantly better than that of 53.33% in control group(P <0.05).
