甘草渣总黄酮清除羟基自由基能力EPR检测
Scavenging Effect of Total Flavonoids from Glycyrrhiza Residues on Hydroxyl Radical by EPR Determination
【摘要】 目的:探讨甘草渣总黄酮体外对羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用。方法:利用电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术检测不同浓度甘草渣总黄酮和甘草查耳酮甲对体外·OH的清除能力。结果:甘草渣总黄酮在0.25~25 mg/m L范围内清除·OH能力随浓度增加呈上升趋势,且相同浓度时其清除·OH能力高于甘草查耳酮甲。结论:甘草渣总黄酮有明显清除自由基作用,该方法、结果可作为有效活性成分的初步筛选。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the functions of total flavonoids in glycyrrhiza residues to scavenge hydroxyl radical(·OH). Methods: Scavenging effects of total flavonoids and licochalcone from glycyrrhiza residues in different concentrations on hydroxyl radical in vitro were detected by electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR).Results: As the concentrations of total flavonoids from glycyrrhiza residues increased, scavenging effects were raised when total flavonoids from glycyrrhiza residues were between 0.25 and 25mg/m L, and the capacity of eliminating hydroxyl radical was higher than licochalcone when they were at the same concentration. Conclusion: Total flavonoids in glycyrrhiza residues could scavenge hydroxyl radical obviously, and the method could be taken as the first step to screen active ingredients.
