参龟助长颗粒治疗特发性矮小症临床研究
Curative Effect of Shen Gui Growth-promoting Granules on Idiopathic Short Stature
【摘要】 目的:观察参龟助长颗粒治疗特发性矮小症的临床疗效,探讨参龟助长颗粒治疗矮身材儿童的作用机制。方法:采取分组随机平行对照临床研究方法,将特发性矮小症儿童106例分为治疗组、对照组各53例。观察2组儿童治疗前后临床疗效、促生长及血清免疫球蛋白变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为81.13%,与对照组的58.49%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Ht SDS、GV、△PAH、证候总积分、免疫球蛋白治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组Ht SDS、GV、△PAH、Ig A、Ig G治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),证候总积分、Ig M治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后Ht SDS、GV、△PAH治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);证候总积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:参龟助长颗粒可促进特发性矮小症患儿的生长,增加食欲、体重,提高免疫球蛋白。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study therapeutic effect of Shen Gui growth-promoting granules and explore its mechanism in treating idiopathic short stature. Methods: All 106 children with idiopathic short stature were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by using randomized paralleled controlled method. Curative effects, growth-promoting factors and the changes of serum immunoglobulin of both groups were observed between before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.13%, the difference had statistical meaning compared with 58.49% of the control group(P<0.05); the comparison between before and after treating had the difference in Ht SDS, GV, △PAH, total scales of syndrome with statistical meaning in the treatment group(P<0.05), The difference of Ht SDS, GV, △PAH, Ig A and Ig G had no statistical meaning in the control group(P>0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning in total scales of syndrome and Ig M in the comparison between before and after treating(P<0.05); the improvements of Ht SDS, GV and △PAH in the treatment group were more obvious than these of the control group(P<0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving total scales of syndrome(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shen Gui growth-promoting granules can promote the growth of the children with idiopathic short stature, elevate immunoglobulin level, arouse the appetite and increase their weight.
