胶体化学法制备人造膨胀珍珠岩轻质保温材料研究
Preparation of Man-made Expanded Perlite Lightweight Thermal Insulation Materials by Colloid Chemistry Method
【摘要】 本文以钙基膨润土和工业水玻璃为主要原料,采用胶体化学方法,实现了蒙脱石片状晶体结构的剥离,在500℃下膨化得到人造膨胀珍珠岩轻质保温材料。实验表明:该人造膨胀珍珠岩的膨胀倍率为15~22倍,堆积密度在0.08~0.12 g/cm3之间,筒压强度为0.6~1.0 MPa。利用XRD和SEM分析表征样品微观结构。力学性能和耐水性等性能研究表明,该材料在轻质保温材料领域具有广泛的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the lightweight thermal insulation material,man-made expanded perlite was prepared by colloid chemical method resulted in large-scale exfoliated to give dispersions of montmorillonite layers,the expansion temperature was 500 ℃,Ca-bentonite and industrial water glass as raw materials.Experimental results show that the expansion ratio is about 15 to 20,the bulk density is 0. 08-0. 12 g / cm3 and the cylinder compressive strength is 0. 6-1. 0 MPa. XRD and SEM were used to investigate the microstructure. Mechanical properties and water resistance of the man-made expanded perlite show that it may have broad application prospects in the lightweight thermal insulation materials field.
