烧成温度对污水处理用陶粒的性能影响
Influence of Firing Temperatures on Properties of Ceramsite Used for Sewage Treatment
【摘要】 研究了烧成温度1160℃、1170℃、1180℃、1190℃、1200℃对污水用陶粒吸水率、气孔率和颗粒密度的影响,并对烧成陶粒的成份进行XRD检测。研究表明:温度为1170~1190℃时,陶粒的烧结状况较好;且随着温度的升高,陶粒吸水率和气孔率均呈现先增加后减小趋势,而颗粒密度则呈相反变化趋势,当温度为1190℃时,吸水率和气孔率达到最大值,颗粒密度达到最小值;XRD分析进一步表明,随着温度升高,网状Si-O四面体结构聚合度大幅度降低,熔融程度提高,从而提高陶粒烧胀性能。综合比较,1190℃烧成温度下陶粒性能较好。
【Abstract】 The influence of 5 firing temperatures,1160 ℃,1170 ℃,1180 ℃,1190 ℃ and 1200 ℃ on water absorption,porosity and particle density of ceramsite was studied. Results showed that firing temperature between 1170 ℃ and 1190 ℃ produced better sintering of ceramsite. And with an increase of temperature,both the water absorption and the porosity of ceramic gradually increased first but then decreased,while its particle density showed an opposite trend. XRD analysis of the resulting ceramsite indicated that higher sintering temperature reduced the polymerization of its reticular Si-O tetrahedron structure significantly but increased the degree of melting which could improve its calcining expansion property. To conclude,ceramsite achieved much better performances with a firing temperature below1190 ℃.
