提高银铅锌多金属矿选矿回收率的工艺改造与实践

【摘要】 通过选矿工艺技术改造和加强生产过程控制管理,改造后7-9月和改造前4-6月累计技术指标比较:银金属回收率由改造前的90.97%提高到91.98%,提高了1.01个百分点;铅金属回收率由改造前的92.87%提高到93.19%,提高了0.32个百分点;锌金属回收率由改造前的67.46%提高到74.98%,提高了7.52个百分点。在同等处理矿量条件下,月平均多回收银金属136.42 kg、铅金属5.99 t;锌金属53.72 t,仅技术指标的提高,每月可新增经济效益127万元/月;节约水、电费用2.4万元/月;增加药剂费用0.78万元/月;总计月平均增加经济效益128.62万元/月。

【Abstract】 Strengthening the control and management of production process through technical transformation and comparison of beneficiation technology,7-9 months and transformation of the former 4-6 month accumulative total technical index after transformation: metallic silver recovery rate increased from 90. 97% to 91. 98% before reform,increased 1. 01 percentage points; lead metal recovery by the transformation of the former 92. 87% to 93. 19%,increased 0. 32 percentage points zinc; metal recovery rate increased from 67. 46% to 74. 98% before reform,increased 7. 52 percentage points. In the same ore processing capacity conditions,monthly averagerecover more silver metal 136. 42 kg,lead metal 5. 99t; zinc metal 53.72 t,only the technical indexes of the improved,a month can add economic benefits 1270000 yuan / month; saving water and electricity charges 24000 yuan / month; increase the agentcost of 7800 yuan / month; the total average monthly increase of economic benefit1286200 yuan / month.
