饮用水高浓度颗粒数检测方法的探讨
Discussion on Detection of Particle Count with High Value by Dilution Method
【摘要】 针对饮用水高浓度颗粒数检测误差及易污染检测仪器预处理膜的问题,研究了稀释法检测高浓度颗粒数的可行性和准确性。研究结果表明,采用仪器法直接检测高浓度颗粒数会造成误差,同时易造成仪器部件过早失效;在不同稀释倍数下,相同粒径分布范围颗粒数的相对值和稀释倍数的倒数呈线性关系,但稀释倍数过小或过大仍然会造成检测误差;稀释倍数检测法是准确检测高浓度颗粒数的有效方法,实验条件下最佳稀释倍数为30~40倍。
【Abstract】 To solve the problems of measurement error for particle count with high value and fouling of pretreatment membrane in the instrument,the feasibility and accuracy of the dilution method were investigated. The experiment results showed that it could cause the measurement error and the premature failure of the instrument parts to directly detect large number of particles by using the instrument. The relative values of particle counts with the same size distribution had a linear relation with the reciprocal of dilution multiple at different dilution ratios,however it would still cause the measurement error when the dilution ratio was too small or too large. The detection method using dilution ratio was effective to detect large numbers of particles. The optimal dilution ratio was 30 to 40 under the experimental condition.
