盖板渠检查井(人孔)间距和孔径尺寸设计探讨

【摘要】 针对目前盖板渠检查井(人孔)间距和孔径尺寸设计中存在的盲目选用规范中最大间距、孔径尺寸易忽视具体需要的情况,提出盖板渠检查井(人孔)间距设置除须满足《室外排水设计规范》(GB 50014—2006,2014年版)要求和理论计算值外,还需考虑维护、维修时风机送风动力噪音大小、功率大小、盖板渠渠内照明效果、运输条件、盖板渠内环境条件等因素的制约,建议盖板渠检查井(人孔)间距为40~50 m,同时提出盖板渠上检查井(人孔)井盖及井座宜采用圆形,直径取700 mm。

【Abstract】 Considering that the maximum separation distance was blindly selected,and the specific needs of opening size were often ignored in the design of separation distance and opening size of inspection wells( manholes) for cover plate canal,it was proposed that except that the requirements specified in the Code for Design of Outdoor Wastewater Engineering( GB 50014- 2006,2014 edition) and the theoretical calculation value must be met,the restrictions of some factors such as noise level and power level of fan air supply during maintenance and repair,illumination effect in cover plate canal,transportation conditions and environment conditions in cover plate canal should be considered in the design of separation distance and opening size of inspection wells( manholes) for cover plate canal. It was suggested that the separation distance of inspection wells( manholes) was 40 to 50 m,and the round covers and bases of inspection wells( manholes) with diameter of 700 mm should be used.
