【摘要】 与传统排水专项规划相比,城市排水(雨水)防涝综合规划增加了内涝风险评估、径流控制、防涝系统规划等内容,在一定程度上增加了编制难度。根据原先对于福建省城市防涝问题的研究,结合福建省几个城市防涝综合规划编制过程中的体会,讨论了内涝防治标准、排水水力模型以及与其他规划衔接等内容,并提出几点心得与同行一同探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional special drainage plans,the integrated plan for urban drainage and flood control requires some contents such as waterlogging risk assessment,runoff control and waterlogging prevention system planning,which increases the difficulty of compilation. According to previous studies on waterlogging problems in Fujian Province,combined with the experience in compilation of several integrated plans for urban drainage and flood control,some contents such as waterlogging prevention standards,drainage hydraulic model,linking with other plans and so on were discussed,and some experiences were presented to discuss with the industry peers.更多还原
