隔油调节/气浮/UASB/CASS工艺处理乳业废水

【摘要】 通过对乳业废水的水质特性及污染情况进行分析,提出了综合治理的工艺流程,包括隔油调节、气浮、UASB、CASS、二氧化氯消毒等。运行实践表明,对COD、BOD5、SS和动植物油的去除率分别在98.5%、99.6%、94%和98.5%以上,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准及《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)标准。

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the water features and pollution of the dairy wastewater,the synthetic treatment technology process was proposed,including oil separation and regulation,air flotation,UASB,CASS and chlorine dioxide disinfection. The engineering operation practice showed that the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and animal and vegetable oil were above 98. 5%,99. 6%,94% and98. 5% respectively. The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB 8978- 1996) and Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption( GB/T 18920- 2002).
