【摘要】 为了选出产量高、坚果性状优良的核桃单株,以黔南州22株优良核桃单株的坚果样品为试材,采用主成分分析对各单株坚果的8个主要性状进行分析和鉴定.结果表明:核桃单株坚果性状中的3个指标三径均值、仁质量、出仁率方差累计贡献率达87.104%,可以综合反映核桃单株的坚果品质;通过各单株的主成分分值结合其方差贡献率进行综合评分,评选出最优的4个单株,分别是:平塘02、福泉10号、平塘01、平塘新00号,与坚果性状实际表现相符.主成分分析法在核桃优株综合选择中有很好的应用价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to select high yield and excellent walnut plants in Qiannan state,nut samples were collected based on 22 plants,used principal component analysis to analyze main traits of samples.The results showed that there were great differences in nut characters of 22 walnut plants,and a significant correlation was found between the nut traits.The cumulative variance percentage of the 3criteria included the fruit size,nut weight and kernel rate reached 87.104%,reflected the nut quality of plants.Four plants were finally screened out based on the integrated evaluation of the important values of principal components and variance percentages of plants,the theoretical results were verified with practical indices.It is suggested that the principal component analysis has good application value in the comprehensive selection of walnut plants.更多还原
