新型铝/钢板式换热器炉中钎焊技术
In-furnace brazing technology of aluminum-steel plate heat exchanger
【摘要】 为解决板式换热器铝钢复合板高成本问题,采用普通钢板取代复合板与铝合金鳍片焊接,为此研制一种新型锌基钎料Zn90Al4Ag5Ce,研究炉中钎焊工艺,并对钎焊接头力学性能及界面微观组织进行研究.结果表明:在气氛炉中加热520℃保温5min可实现Q235和铝鳍片的钎焊连接.在钎焊界面铝侧形成锌铝固溶体,在钢侧也存在弥散分布的锌铝固溶体,中间钎缝形成少量FeAl3脆性相.Ag原子能减缓A1原子的扩散速度,使有害脆性相锌铝固溶体长大速度变慢,钎焊接头力学性能提高.
【Abstract】 In order to deal with the problem of high cost of aluminum-steel composite plate in plate heat exchanger,common steel plate instead of composite one was intended for aluminum fin welding.Therefore,a new zinc-base filler metal Zn90Al4Ag5 Ce was developed,an in-furnace brazing process and mechanical performance and interfacial microstructure of welding and brazing joint were studied.It was shown by the research that heating and insulating in atmospheric furnace at 520 ℃ for 5min,the brazing connection of Q235 with finned aluminum could be realized.On the aluminum side of the joint,zinc-aluminum solid solution would form,on the steel side there was separately distributed zinc aluminum solid solution,and in the middle of brazing seam,there would form a small FeAl3 brittle phase.Ag atomic would slow A1 atomic diffusion velocity,making the increase rate of the harmful brittle phase of zinc aluminum solid solution slow down thereby and the mechanics performance of brazing joint improved.
