【摘要】 目的观察有机磷农药中毒洗胃后经胃管注入活性炭吸附残留农药的临床效果。方法 60例口服有机磷农药中毒患者随机分成吸附组与对照组各30例。对照组常规洗胃,应用特殊解毒药及对症处理。吸附组在常规洗胃后经胃管注入活性炭吸附液200ml,夹管60分钟后放出,重复3次,其它治疗方法同对照组。结果吸附组达到阿托品化的时间短,阿托品用量少,胆碱酯酶活力恢复正常的时间提前,住院时间缩短,反跳、呼吸肌麻痹、中间型综合征、重要器管损害等并发症少,治愈率高,各项统计结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有机磷农药中毒洗胃后经胃管注入活性炭吸附液吸附残留农药抢救成功率高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observe the clinical effects of gastric tube into activated carbon to adsorption the pesticide residues after gastric lavage. Methods: 60 cases of oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were randomly divided into two groups: adsorption group and the control group( 30 cases). Control group gives conventional gastric lavage,and applys specific antidote and symptomatic treatment. Conventional adsorption group gives 200 ml activated carbon adsorption fluid through the gastric tube after conventional gastric lavage. Pinch the gastric tube and release after 60 minutes,repeate three times. Other treatments are the same as the control group.Results: The time of adsorption group reached atropinization is short,the dosage of Atropine is less,Cholinesterase activity returned to normal is ahead of time. Shorter hospitalization,The complications of rebound,respiratory muscle paralysis,intermediate syndrome,significant tube damage are less. High cure rate. The statistical results were better than the control group( P < 0. 5). Conclusion: High success rate gastric tube into activated carbon to adsorption the pesticide residues after gastric lavage.
