硒催化CO/H2O体系高压水相还原制备CLT酸
Selenium-Catalyzed Reduction to Prepare CLT Acid with CO/H2O by High Pressure Reduction in Aqueous Solution
【摘要】 以Se/CO/H2O体系高压水相还原制备CLT酸,通过条件实验确定了相对较优的反应条件:原料4g(6.7mmol);Se0.0316g(0.4mmol);Na2CO32.1g、DBU0.2g;H2O40mL;反应温度160℃;PCO6.0MPa;反应时间6小时,测得CLT酸收率可达89.54%,纯度93.59%。由L9(34)正交试验得出各因素对反应的影响强弱的顺序为:反应时间>反应温度>搅拌速度>CO气体的压强。
【Abstract】 CLT acid was prepared by high pressure reduction of CO / H2 O in aqueous solution in the presence of catalyst selenium. The optimum condition was obtained by experiments: nitro compound 4 g( 6. 7 mmol); Se 0. 0316 g( 0. 4 mmol); Na2CO32. 1 g; DBU0. 2 g; H2 O 40 m L; reaction temperature 160 ℃; PCO6. 0 MPa; reaction time 6 hours,CLT acid yield was 89. 54%,the purity of93. 59%. The sequence of different factors on effect for the reduction was gotten by orthogonal experiments L9( 34) : reaction time >reaction temperature > stirring speed > CO gas pressure.
