施用降解菌种使秸秆还田对土壤酶活性和玉米产量的影响

【摘要】 [目的]通过施用降解菌种使秸秆还田,测量每年土壤中微生物菌群数量和玉米产量,分析降解菌种使秸秆还田对土壤和玉米产量的影响。[方法]通过对土壤中碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、转化酶、过氧化氢酶和玉米产量的趋势分析,探讨秸秆还田对土壤酶活性和玉米产量的影响。[结果]随着秸秆还田使用年限的增加,土壤中碱性磷酸酶、尿酶、转化酶活性不断增高,5年后,土壤中碱性磷酸酶活性比对照高4.35倍;尿酶比对照高12.6倍;土壤转化酶比对照高205.4%,过氧化氢酶活性与秸秆还田没有明显的相关性。[结论]施用降解菌种使秸秆还田,能够提高土壤中各种酶的活性,改善土壤环境,更好地提高农作物的经济效益。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to analyze the affect of straw returning with degrading bacteria on soil enzyme activity and corn production, by measuring soil microflora number and corn yield each year after straw returning with degrading bacteria. [Method] The affect of straw returning with degrading bacteria on soil enzyme activity and corn production were studied, by trend analysis on activities of alkaline phosphatase,urease, invertase, catalase and corn yield in soil. [Result] The activities of alkaline phosphatase, urease,invertase in soil were grew continuely, with a increase of useful life of straw returning. And the activity of alkaline phosphatase in soil was 4.35 times higher than the control after 5 years. Urease was 12.6 times higher than the control, and soil invertase was higher than the control of 205.4%, but activity of atalase had no significant correlation with straw returning. [Conclusion] Straw returning with degrading bacteria could increase the activity of various enzymes in soil, and improve soil environment and economic efficiency of crops.
