目的:研究白假丝酵母菌荚膜样结构菌株的基因型。方法:采用PCR方法扩增标准菌株(ATCC14053)和自行分离与鉴定的白假丝酵母菌荚膜样结构菌株包含l类内含子的编码rRNA的25S r DNA区基因,根据扩增条带大小进行基因分型,并对大小约为450 bp条带切胶回收测序及利用clustalx 1.83软件对测序结果进行分析。结果:ATCC14053、C1-1、C1-3、C1-4、RC112401、RC112701、RC112703均为A型,RC112403为C型。荚膜样结构菌株与标准菌株的基因差别,主要集中在第85~94位缺少AGGAGCAATC,从性病病人阴道分泌物分离到的白假丝酵母荚膜样结构菌株与从肺结核病人痰液中分到白假丝酵母荚膜样结构菌株也存在一定的差别,主要集中在第148位多了G,第95~99位是CACGA(而非TCGGG)。结论:临床分离到的白假丝酵母荚膜样结构菌株以A型为主,不同菌株rRNA25S r DNA区包含l类内含子的基因存在差异。

Objective: To study the genotypes of candida albicans with capsule-like structure.
